The purpose of this research is Identification of competitive agricultural value chains in target regions, assessing resources, analyzing problems and elaborating policy recommendations.

Research is implemented within the Capacity Building of Agricultural Cooperatives (CBAC) project (2015-2018) responding to the overall objective of increasing competitiveness of agricultural cooperatives in selected value chains in south border regions of Georgia by improving policy and through financial and technical assistance.
The project aims to create successful models of cooperative value chains which enable equal opportunities for sustainable socioeconomic development.
