Regulatory Impact Assessment on the Law of Georgia on Securities Market

The purpose of the study is to conduct an ex-ante Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the Law on Securities Market. The project envisages to analyze the current stance and set the baseline, identify and assess regulatory and non-regulatory alternatives/legislative gaps, identify and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective option.
