On March 25-28, 2014 EPRC\’s Program Manager Irina Guruli participated in a Think Tank Exchange Initiative organized by the Think Tank Fund. The first four day workshop in Lima, Peru was intended to foster collaborative projects between the 10 participants from different Think Tanks around the globe.
