On December 14-16, 2018, EPRC organized a two-day teachers’ training at Lopota, Kakheti. At the end of the training, participating teachers were awarded with special certificates from EPRC and the US Embassy. They were the winners of the competition – “Conduct Lectures About Europe”, which was part of the project “100 lectures on Euro-Atlantic Integration” – funded by the U.S. Embassy’s Small Grants Program.
The attendees participated in discussions and lectures regarding the European integration. Further activities of the project entail 50 winning teachers to conduct 2 lectures each for their students. The lectures will be recorded, based on which, the jury of experts will assess and select 10 winners to visit Brussels, Belgium in 2019.
