On April 5th 2012, Eurasia Partnership Foundation with the support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) held a presentation of the report: Implementation of European Neighborhood Policy Action Plan for 2011 in Georgia: Assessment of Civil Society Representatives. The report commissioned by Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) tackled a number of key issues among which was the topic of Intellectual Property Rights. The letter was presented by the executive director of EPRC Nino Evgenidze. The presentation covered the progress made by Georgia towards EU integration identified the obstacles hindering the implementation of the reforms needed in the area of intellectual property rights, and drew recommendations for overcoming these barriers, in order to initiate the discussions between the civil society and the Government representatives.
