December 18, 2012 Open Society Georgia Foundation and EPRC held a presentation of new report “Detection of Cases of Elite Corruption and Governmental Pressure on Business in Georgia.
The report investigates court practice of fighting economic crimes in 2011-2012 in Georgia, as well as presents statistical and contextual analysis of administrative and criminal disputes.
