Economic Policy Research Center within the framework of the EU-funded project “United for Georgia’s European Way” announces a tender for the production of a board game.

About the project:
The project ” United for Georgia’s European Way ” is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC), Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), Civil Society Foundation (CSF) and Independent Journalists’ House (IJH). The project aims to foster greater acceptance of the European Union and its Association Agenda with Georgia among the Georgian population and enhance knowledge about the European Union among graduating students.
About the Organization:
EPRC is a non-governmental organization established in 2002, dedicated to advancing economic development, strengthening democracy and national security in Georgia.
Service Objective:
The tender seeks proposals for the printing and production of a board game, including associated components, based on the provided design and mockup, 270 copies in total. Refer to the attached technical description for detailed specifications. The production of the board game must be completed in stages by April 15, 2024.
Eligibility:
Legal entities with prior experience in manufacturing similar products are invited to participate.
Technical Application:
Interested parties should submit the following documents in Georgian and/or English:
Company details: including address, telephone, bank details, and statement from the public register.
Organization portfolio: showcasing experience from the last 2 years and examples of similar activities.
Price quotation and proposed deadlines for the required work.
Selection Criteria: Decision will be based on price, quality, and relevant experience.
