According to a study by the Heritage Foundation, it\u2019s being implemented by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and local separatist forces in the occupied regions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"style-scope ytd-video-secondary-info-renderer\">\ud83d\udd3a\u201cBorderization\u201d includes constructing illegal fencing and earthen barriers to separate communities and the installation of \u201cstate border\u201d signs. In some cases, Russia has taken even more territory in what can be described as a \u201ccreeping annexation\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"style-scope ytd-video-secondary-info-renderer\">\ud83d\udd3aThis practice is a clear violation of Georgia\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
