No one knows for sure what consequences the latest activation of the 27-year “frozen” conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia will have for the countries directly involved in the conflict and the region itself.<\/p>\n

Yet the analysis of the political, economic and social consequences of the Second Karabakh War is necessary to foresee the regional dynamics and challenges that Georgia may face in this context.<\/p>\n

“The Second Karabakh War” by Zaza Shengelia, offers an opportunity to learn more about the implications and new realities brought about by the Second Karabakh War.<\/p>\n

The publication is published within the framework of the economic policy discussion platform of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) and the Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC) – Eagle Eye Talks – KAS EPRC Economic Area.<\/p>\n

The Georgian and English editions of the book are available in Georgian public and university libraries. You can also pick up your copy at the Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC) office.<\/p>\n
