Since 2019, I am involved in the Professional Development Program for Leaders \u201cCarl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg for Good Governance\u201d organized by the The German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and Robert Bosch Foundation. In 2018, I have successfully completed a one-year research program at the Free University of Tbilisi and the University of North Texas on \u201cRussian Hybrid Warfare and its Implications for Democracy,\u201d which will be published as a hard copy at the end of 2019. Since 2013, I have been working as program manager at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in the South Caucasus office in Georgia. At the same time, I am an invited lecturer at the Ilia State University in Tbilisi. I teach the political and legal system of Germany for various bachelor courses. In 2011, I completed my master\u2019s degree in International Relations and Economics at the Catholic University Eichst\u00e4tt-Ingolstadt in Germany.
