Pavel began his international career as an Assistant Director to Timur Bekvambetov in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>He worked for several international companies, starting from entry-level positions and working his way up to the senior management. Pavel established and successfully launched private companies in Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine, ensuring fast profitability and sustainability of newly established ventures.
