Faniya Mussayeva is a researcher and consultant, specializing in poverty, social inclusion, social protection, public finance and democratic governance issues. For the past 8 years, Faniya has worked as a Social Policy Specialist with the United Nations Children\u2019s Fund (UNICEF) in Kazakhstan, The Gambia, and Jordan. In the past, she worked for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and its Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI). Faniya is a Draper Hills Summer Fellow (2010).
