In 1997 she received a Bachelor\u2019s degree from Georgian Polytechnic University. In 1995-1996 Nata won the Freedom Support Act Undergraduate program scholarship and spent one year at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. In 1999 Mrs. Koridze graduated from Georgian Institute of Public Administration\/GIPA with Masters of Public Administration. In 2000 she participated at the Edmund Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program competition and gained a chance to study for two years in a graduate school in the US. In 2002 she graduated from Columbia University\u2019s School of International and Public Affairs\/SIPA with a Master\u2019s Degree in International Affairs. Nata started her carrier as a program assistant in American Councils for Education and Language Studies\/ACTR-ACCELS in 1996 and then continued as assistant to European Food Security Network\/RESAL country representative in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her diplomatic career Nata worked on the European and Euro-Atlantic integration related issues, relations with UN, OSCE and Council of Europe, as well as conflict-related issues. In 2008-2012 she was posted as Counselor in Brussels, at the Mission of Georgia to the European Union.
