Tina Balavadze is the Learning Director at JSC Bank of Georgia, where she is responsible for the professional and personal development of employees. On mission to create better development opportunities, she is focused on transforming learning approaches and creating Learning platforms. Before joining the BoG team, Tina worked at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, where as a Project Coordinator she was responsible for the regional development of the South Caucasus. Her expertise and commitment to developing leadership learning programs has allowed her to initiate and implement several valuable projects in the region. With more than fifteen years experience developing various projects on performance improvement initiatives she gained large experience in training delivery, designing learning solutions, instructional design and feedback and evaluation systems for medium and large organizations.
