Streamlining Agricultural Land Ownership and Registration Legislation and Procedures

The project is implemented jointly together with Transparency International Georgia and aims to analyze the existing legal framework on ownership and possession of agricultural land and develop recommendations, draft laws and regulations to support the effective implementation of a scalable agrarian land registration program.
