Leadership Academy for Development

Stanford University and the Economic Policy Research Center are launching the first Leadership Academy for Development (LAD) workshop. The LAD Program in Georgia will be led by Stanford University Professor Francis Fukuyama and Johns Hopkins University Professor Alan Trager. LAD program will have distinguished guest speakers Kathryn Stoner from the Stanford University and David J. Kramer from the McCain Institute for International Leadership. LAD Program will be held in Tbilisi, on January 18-22, 2016.

30 participants were selected from Georgia and other developing countries, all of them holding outstanding civic records and occupying high-impact positions in policy, business and civil society sectors of their countries. Participants were selected from the pool of 250 applicants.
